Barton Creek Resort (Fazio Canyons)

Overview: Fazio Canyons at Barton Creek Resort is a Tom Fazio course in the limestone hills west of Austin, Texas. Red oaks, sycamores, cliff sides and Short Spring Branch shape the routing, giving the resort course a stronger canyon-and-creek identity than a flat parkland layout.

History: Tom Fazio built Fazio Canyons in 1999. Omni Barton Creek undertook a seven-month renovation in 2022, updating tees, bunkers, greens and irrigation while working with Fazio's team to retain the design's character.
