Overview: Riley Grove/Cherry Hill is the third named 18-hole rotation at Arnold Palmer Legends Country Club in The Villages. It combines the Riley Grove and Cherry Hill nines within the 27-hole Palmer Legends complex. The official scorecard supplies multiple tee sets and separate ratings for the two component nines and the full 18-hole route.
History: The Palmer Legends Championship Course was designed by Arnold Palmer. The Villages introduced Riley Grove as a new nine and then completed the current three-nine rotation with Cherry Hill and Laurel Valley, but the public course pages do not give a single reliable opening date for this combined routing.
Did You Know? Riley Grove/Cherry Hill is the rotation with the lowest official men’s course rating among the three Palmer Legends combinations at the listed white tees. Ratings are tee-specific, but the scorecard shows why the club publishes the rotations separately rather than treating all 27 holes as one score.
