Aquarina Country Club

Overview: Aquarina Country Club is an 18-hole, par-62 course on Florida's barrier island near Melbourne Beach. The longest listed layout measures 4,313 yards and moves through coastal vegetation, live oaks, mangroves, lakes, and the Indian River setting.

History: Charles Ankrom designed the course, which opened in 1996. Aquarina operates as a semi-private club but its own golf information says public golfers are welcome, making the short layout available beyond the residential membership.

Did You Know? The course is adjacent to the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge and includes 11 lakes in its property. That combination of protected coastal surroundings and a short par-62 routing is central to the course's identity.
