Angel Park Golf Club (Mountain)

Overview: At Angel Park, the Mountain Course is an 18-hole public layout in west Las Vegas, where the foothills and Red Rock landscape frame a course built around elevation, desert edges and broad city views. Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay designed the routing to test the full range of a player's game, with demanding par fours and par fives, shaped landing areas and greens that ask for thoughtful approach lines. The course measures 6,722 yards at par 71.

History: The Mountain Course opened in 1990 after the Palm routing established Angel Park's first regulation design. The two regulation layouts established the property as one of Las Vegas's most complete public golf destinations, later joined by shorter golf experiences. The Mountain course has retained its role as the longer, more demanding partner in the facility's two-course core.

Did You Know? The Mountain Course is the higher, more expansive half of a two-course design story by Palmer and Seay. The Palm routing emphasizes precision and mountain views, while Mountain uses its longer holes and desert setting to ask a fuller sequence of shots from the tee through the green.
