Alford Golf Club

Overview: Nestled in the heart of the Howe of Alford, Alford Golf Club is a beautiful and well-maintained parkland course that has evolved significantly since its opening in 1982. Originally a nine-hole layout, the course was expanded to a full 18-hole championship venue in 1992. The course is characterized by its wide, lush fairways, mature tree-lined holes, and the surrounding panoramic views of the Aberdeenshire hills. Its relatively flat terrain makes it an enjoyable walk, while the strategic water hazards and large, receptive greens provide a technical challenge that rewards accurate driving and thoughtful approach play.
