Overview: Salvation/Trepidation is an 18-hole combination at Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, formed by two of the club’s three private nines. The route sits in a landscaped residential landscape with subtle contours, lakes, palms, oaks, and subtropical planting. Its character comes from the contrast between the Salvation and Trepidation nines rather than from a single continuous original layout.
History: Addison Reserve began construction on its three Arthur Hills-designed nines in 1995. The club’s recent golf redevelopment was led by Rees Jones: Trepidation and the practice facilities formed Phase One in 2023, while Redemption and Salvation were renovated in Phase Two during 2024.
Did You Know? The Trepidation nine was the first of Addison Reserve’s three golf nines to receive the recent redesign. That makes this pairing a small piece of a larger 27-hole renovation story, with the two component nines completed in different phases.
